Ankit Bhakta is a Realtor, Investor, Golfer, and a Philanthropist. He has been licensed with Vibrant Realty since 2015, assisting homeowner’s and investors through the greater Twin Cities area achieve their goals in purchasing & selling houses with his unique skill set acquired through his experience as an investor both in residential and commercial real estate.

Mr. Bhakta is involved with numerous businesses, both in residential and commercial real estate, helping with day-to-day operations, management, and consulting services. He has assisted in operations and management of mixed-used commercial business with residential rentals, restaurant & bar, retail spaces, luxury single-family rental, and AirBnB. He consults with acquisitions, construction & remodel, and design services.

Mr. Bhakta is passionate about golf and philanthropy. Golf started out as a hobby during Covid which has now become his passion and plays 2-3 rounds per week. He loves to contribute his time by volunteering to pack meals with Feed My Starving Children to help feed children in impoverished parts of the world, frequently carries extra fruits and/or leftovers after eating out to help feed the local homeless population, and seeks out local pet shelters for donations of food & supplies.
